You must be at least 13 years old to use PunchPlay.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence; and
• If you are under 18 years old, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

PunchPlay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Certain features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, impersonate, or intimidate others
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform systems
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant PunchPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to submit the content;
• The content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

All Platform software, branding, design, databases, and original materials are owned by or licensed to PunchPlay and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

PunchPlay may accept voluntary donations to support the Platform.

• Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
• We do not store full payment card details.

If subscription or paid services are introduced, additional billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will apply at the point of purchase.

The Platform may contain links to third-party services or integrate external providers (such as payment processors).

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access:

• For violation of these Terms
• To protect the integrity or security of the Platform
• If required by law
• For any reason where reasonably necessary

We may remove content at our discretion.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, PunchPlay shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation
• User-generated content
• Service interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold PunchPlay harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
